2 months in Turkey and I am minus 4.5kg. In Asia I could not find ready meals. I could not find booze. My partner insisted I ate the fish he speared on a every other day basis, which made me dislike fish. I avoided the bloating combination of beans plus yogurt as much as I could. (Why Turkish people like this combinaton is beyond me). I started chewing gum (10 a day). I walked 6,000 steps a day in terms of exercise. So yes, eat/drink less, and lose weight.
