My weight has been a roller coaster over the past week or so. We spent a lot of time eating out so I didn't lose much. However I lost 0.2 grams which is better than nothing at all.

Plan for next two weeks use free weights more than once a day. And increase the amount of reps. Also cut out so many bad eating and drinking days.
