Hi Andy17. So these are the egg whites in the cold section of Woolworths near the eggs. Egg whites - to my utter surprise- have all the flavour and all the protein and 1/4 of the calories so I use the little measure in the pic to equal 1 egg and I just substitute. This creates my omelettes and Lizpackard009 (aka GURU of weight loss) told me she makes a bacon and egg white wrap for a breakfast treat that is a taste sensation.
