So much thanks to @lizpackard09 who told me about egg whites from Woolworths. I would never have known how tasty they are. 🤤Combining cauliflower, salami, tomato, chilli, this 320 calorie egg white omelette was as tasty as a pizza but much more satisfying

It sounds terrible! I eat at least four whole eggs every day, and it hasn't killed me yet. I will be 76 soon.

Yummo... Love that eating the egg whites cuts the calories to almost negligible by comparison to whole eggs but keeps the protein and flavour.... Who knew 🤣

Hi kettlebell 123, yep... Sunny Queen egg whites, they sit beside the Sunny Queen eggs range in pouches... Not particularly cheap, however when I went looking to boost my protein but stay in my 1200cal allowance, using egg whites instead of whole meant that I could have an egg/bacon/cheese wrap and stay under 400cals with 40g protein. I like what Deb has done here tho by using the couli instead of a wrap, going to give it a try...

Love those egg white with a whole egg or 2 with zucchini sliced cooked after the egg whites in the frying pan
