THIS IS NOW 4 months since I started my new exercise program and non diet. It took about 3 months to change my head into eating more calories, and then I discovered CARNIVORE DIET.
II AM HOOKED. From a omnivore to a carnivore in 3 weeks. I did a 2 week prime and now I am eating 1600 calories everyday and losing FAT! Bodyfat is down from 31% to 27.7% and scale weight is 62kg.
Tomorrow is weigh-in day .
