Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell Training (approx. 25 min.)...almost everything. Crunches: 3 sets of 25, 1 set of 5, 1 set of 30 Oblique Twists w/ 10lb Kettlebell: 2 sets of 10 Bicep Curls w/ 10lb Kettlebell: 3 sets of 10 Overhead Curls w/ 10lb Kettlebell: 1 set of 30 One sided Chest Press: 2 sets of 10 ea/side Chair Dips: 13, 15, 10, 10, 20
