Had an awesome weigh-in this morning. Down 4 pounds from last week. Wow! I haven't had a WI this good since my first week on FS. Didn't lose weight last week, so I'm pretty sure that some of the weight is from then.
But I seriously did everything perfectly this week. I weighed, measured, and recorded everything that went into my mouth. I did all the exercising I planned to do. And I got to my water goal 6/7 days during the week.
I now weigh less than my weight stated on my driver's license. My weight hasn't been this low since 2006. YEAH ME!
