Diario de Gblaschuk, 12 jul. 11

Okay so seriously had all my vegies yesterday and lo and behold another pound! Interestingly enough I checked the Atkins site about stalling or low weight loss and it says that sometimes when you to intense excercise and push you muscles the body will build up water to counteract swelling. Ironically the day before we did a marathon intense hike through the forest (needed the rest of the day to recover!) Seems this may have been the problem....
