Not been following diet at all. I suppose I have been stressed with the move. As it is all going so well I feel it's time to get on track and I really want to. I must admit I lost heart with FS. Buddies falling away and I missed them.They were such a good source of support for me. Hey ho, that's life. People are busy with their lives. Guess I can go it alone. Weight loss is such a journey.
