OKAY I have 80 days until September 1st. I'm going to do the INSANITY workouts with my sister and continue with the "healthy eating" I've been trying since I started working at Dr. Ho's. Everyone there eats really healthy, even when they order out, so it shouldn't be too hard, plus I'm sitting at a desk all day and don't really take lunches, so eating small portions throughout the day is never a problem.
My biggest hurdle will be figuring out when to workout. Most likely the early morning after my mom has left for work and before my dad wakes up. I know my mom wants me to do Zumba with her too, so I might do those as well. We'll figure it out, I just have to make sure I exercise at least once a day, if only Monday to Friday. Saturdays I could do the early morning workout as well, but it's less likely.
Walking my dog should also help me add a good 20 minute jog every day. It's scheduling an intense workout without my dad knowing that is a problem. Let's just say he is not my best support system, since he gets TOO much on my case.
