Back from picking up my son at college. Managed to stay on top of my eating until the trip home. Stopped at a fruit stand to buy cherries, strawberries and almonds---OMG they were sooooooo good! BTW--soooo worth the extra carbs! I did not beat myself up this time--just enjoyed, celebrated my son's return and got up today back on track!
