why must I be in the "clean plate club?" made a great chicken and black bean salad for dinner, but half way thru felt full. Still ate the whole thing? why? I need to reprogram to plan to leave half or to make myself smaller portions. when I am full, I need to stop. Now I am uncomfortable and regretful, even though it was salad.
