Thank Goodness It's Friday!!!!!! For a short week--this was sure LONG.... Glad to be back on track with entering all food on the diet calendar. Need to lay off that eggplant--but its been sooooo gooood! I have been taking a brisk walk with hubby and dog every morning this week for 45 minutes. Been a great way to start the day. Wish I had the energy to do it again in the evenings--just not there yet.
