OK so very low calorie diet works for me. Nothing else does. ~700 to 1000 calories/day for 4 months and I'll be exactly where I want to be. Then I'll go back to 1200 again.

Have u thought of eating 1200 and working out to make up the difference?... Something I heard the other day...

I work out about once a week right now (don't have time for much else given my current career plan) but all it seems to do is make me gain muscle. XD
