Back on track re: Atkins. I re-read the pamphlet for the induction phase and noticed some things I had overlooked before. Everything I ate today is on program. Modified the flax bread receipe leaving out the walnuts - it seems to be a decent substitute for bread. I still need to increase my foundation veggies and reduce my percentage of calories from fat. I will plan my meals out daily. I need to get on with my exercise. Tomorrow morning it is up early for a walk.

I will be 25 pounds less or better by June 25, 2011.
