Back to healthier eating. When I don't journal th weight creeps. Need to stop this weight gain train. Feel good that I have been eating healthy for 2 days. Lost 3.4! Small steps equal big achievements. I CAN and WILL do this. No more sausage time! Remember how awesome it was to trot around in a bathing suit. Yup. Love that. Shopping. Clothes fitting good. Yup,love that. My health is the main reason. Legs, cholesterol, attitude are all better. Need to get healthier for me and my family!
