great day, until evening; fell off the wagon and woke up 4 # heavier. Now I have to fix THAT! again. If I didn't have to keep losing the SAME pounds over and over, I would really make some progress, maybe even goal. Why do I shoot myself in the foot so often?

Don't weigh yourself everyday. You will go crazy. I know that if I step on the scale everyday I get so angry and bad feeling when my numbers go up -- it's just natural. WL happens over time and it won't happen in one day. Don't beat yourself up over it either. Climb back into your wagon and make today a great day. And drink your water...I also find that on days when I don't drink my water I have those after-dinner cravings worse than anything. In fact, I"ll do a challenge with you. Everytime we walk into the kitchen, we HAVE TO drink an 8 oz. glass of water. Whether we want it or not...
