this is a very odd and high fluctuation for me. not sure if I overdid it on sodium or what, but if it doesn't change for the better tomorrow, we'll toss in some cardio and cut back on calories for a few days. what's interesting is that I'm wearing my snug jeans and there's not a huge muffin top going on or anything like that.
