Must drink more water...

Just ate an awesome healthy meal: shrimp, halibut, and beef kabobs with rice and asian slaw. My asian slaw was a bit boring because I eliminated almost all fat (except for the sesame oil). But it was delicious. Spring/Summers are SO easy to eat healthy and happy.

My body has been protesting the sudden onslaught of exercise. I don't do anything by halves. Just jumped into 400 minutes of exercising my first week (soccer, pilates, swimming, hiking). My knees and feet are feeling better. Can't wait to get back to soccer this Friday after a week's rest.

One nice thing: made what I wanted to for dinner and didn't care what anyone else thought. :-) And everyone was happy with what I made. I also bought my mother's day present (waterproof ipod nano case and headphones for swimming laps).
