Below 200 pounds, first time in years. Slow and steady weight loss, only 24 pounds to go, with 44 pounds gone off my body. I feel so much better and am still motivated to stay thinner and healthy. I set my goal for 175 even with the charts all saying that is high end weight for my height. I'm not sure if I can go down to 160 but we will see when i reach 175. Looks like I will get to 175 by end of the year. I have been able to be successful by counting calories and balance of food choices. Thanks to all who have supported me and good health to all.
