use less of the guar gum or the xanthan gum since they bulk up in your gut. I use maybe 1/8 tsp and I don't like the guar gum at all. I think I only make a 1/2 batch compared to the big guys. Single scoop, 50g cottage cheese or greek yogurt, 200 g frozen strawberries and that's it.
