Blob holding, muscle okay, water way down. we'll work on that part. Long walk last night, nose is totally stuffed up this morning, no doubt from hanging out amongst humans this entire past weekend even though I made sure to wash my hands. Took some Metamucil and will drink tons of water and hope I can just flush it through without incident.
Thoughts and feelings this week? totally stressed. I'll get through it, always do. Key is to keep my head down and focused and not get sidetracked by someone else who has no concept of time.
Hair looks decent enough after the impromptu chopping, I have a few more bits I need to tend to, but I think I'm going to order some thinning shears to do it. Just the ends, I'm not crazy.
Puppy class tonight, not sure if I'm going, have some time sensitive stuff to tend to.
The loss is due to a couple of things. I walked, I ate less, and I skipped veggies at lunch because I just grabbed chicken. So this may not stay with me. I like my salads, but they do stick around longer than other foods.
Somewhat of a corpse bride theme at my favorite house this year. They're still working on it, strobes, sound effects, fog. Should be done before this weekend. I will post a series then.
My neighbor's 5 year old got home from a trip and saw my decorations the night before last, she was so excited. Her "job" is to tell me when things are down or otherwise off and she's taking it very seriously. We'll get through this year. It's about setting little goals and making your way there as best you can.
I'm going to do another interval class today. They're only ten/twenty minutes, but they're energizing. No equipment needed, so I can jump in and out. Perfect.
