Been maintaining my weight since I have been away...have had much tragedy in my life as late and was really not in the mood nor did I have time to keep up with my own...Now, I am ready to revise , review, rebuild and renew all that is important to me....will be scheduling a doc apt again really soon to get weighed but been holding to around 185..I have learned how to incorporate water into my daily intake..so am proud of that...been getting exercise as my dog Molly helps me by she a I taking at least 4-5 nature walks a day....So am figuring If I go ahead and get back to the business at hand..the results will be positive...positive thoughts, actions, feelings and feed back is the name of this go around for me....so cya around Hope everyone has been doing good in my absence Peace n love Darlene
