Went to see my doctor. We determined that I need to adjust my target weight range up. So I am there - right in the middle of that range. Now to keep my weight here.

I finished a 15K last weekend. 1 hour, 36 minutes and 21 seconds. About 8 minutes under my goal. Next up a 1/2 marathon in the fall along with various 5Ks in between
