Starting all over again today. The last 2 weeks has been very bad. Iron defieciency has stolen all my energy and willpower. Have not been able to go to gym once this week and last week only made it there 3 times and could not evven complete one session.

Ate way too many calories and bad food this week because I spent most of my time on the couch because I did not have energy to do anything.

Feeling better this morning. Maybe the transfusion is kicking in. Going to get up and go out and try to be more active today. AND stick to the diet! Hopefully the doctor will call with good news today.
