I am back from my holiday in Jamaica! What a great time! I spent most days swimming, snorkeling and walking around. I will give myself a few days before weighing myself though! I hope I didn't gain too much. I really tried to behave myself by drinking mojitos with no sugar in place of the high-sugar cocktails made with juice. I drank lots of water! I ate moderately well by staying away from the fried food (which is easier said than done - everything seemed to be fried!) But I really blew it on the portions. I feel like I stuffed myself at every meal. No self-control for the most part. My only hope is that I worked off enough calories with being active! My room was on the 3rd floor of a villa that was located pretty far from the beach and the restaurants so I had to walk a lot and often. I know I got some good exercise in because my muscles were feeling it most days!
