Hello team mates. Been out of town with the kids house hunting. It'll take a while.
My son-in-law cooks so I ate well and I'm glad that I now weigh 158.2. Okay not great, but at least I didn't gain weight.
Today I do Yoga and elliptical machine. I walked when I was out of town, so I'll also do some walking.
