Diario de littlelissylou, 29 abr. 14

Well, so far I have logged breakfast and lunch and I don't think I have managed to eat enough protein - so for dinner I will sort that out...and wont cross my quota!

Also I'm very pissed off, someone really pushed my buttons today so in the next 10 minutes I'm going for a jog - use the anger I say!

update: A glass of wine tipped me over by 77 calories today. I'm not gonna beat myself up about it. I had a REALLY bad day (and still am) and I didn't gorge on fries and chocolate as I usually would!

Celebrate your victories, don't sweat the small stuff. There is no time limit on your weight-loss. Honestly, you have the rest of your life to get this weight off and keep it off. One glass of wine on a rough day isn't going to change that. Just be sure to use tomorrow as a fresh start. =)

Always make sure you know what you are eating, its good, to sit down the night before and plan out your meals, for the next day, go to the grocery store if you don't have everything, its all about planning ahead and making sure you have all the foods on hand. Good for you for jogging, healthy attitude. You did good, you can lay on the floor and do some sit-ups or something to get rid of those extra 77 calories. Give yourself a pat on the back, for your better choices that you did make.

Thanks so much for the support guys. Karen I think yore right, I didnt have a chance to get to the grocery this week - so I have just been digging through the pantry and fridge trying to pick out the least fatty, carby things. I have to make an effort to plan some more - I think that will make a difference! Still have that dark cloud over my head today - but trying my best to be in a positive mood.
