Happy to be moving in the right direction even though I had dinner with friends twice this week! Counted my calories, planned ahead a bit (key)and made sure to eat a salad or smoothie before said dinners. Plugged my calories in, even though I was tempted to pretend they hadn't happened, lol and paid attention to my hunger levels before eating. I didn't judge myself, I just scientifically observed. I still stayed within my calorie range and added a little extra exercise if I wanted to compensate more. I am loving Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home videos as they are about my speed right now. I am recovering from some sort of fibromyalflgia flare up and working my way back up to more exercise..
