Diario de rcvmw, 14 mar. 14

Ok just finishing up on my work week. I feel I have done very well with my diet and my exercise. Now comes my first weekend. I love weekends, I get to go to the lake, party and have fun and eat like a pig. Well not this weekend! I plan to party and have fun with friends but I will be focused on "not exceeding" my RDI. It should be easy as I have been doing very well at coming in way under my RDI. Today I will eat very lightly so I can have some prime rib buffet at the clubhouse tonight. Hope I will have time to get the gym in. Will actually try and jog at the lake this weekend too.
