It seems as though over this past week I've done nothing physical in my life seeing as I have not recorded any exercise, but this is so not the case. I have been running around with my head cut off in the midst of RA training and booking it to classes. Is there a calorie converter for that? I am sad to say that it has been about 2 weeks since I've been able to make it to the gym to do any real strength training though... Oh how I miss it...
