Diario de LinnyS, 26 ene. 09

Eureka...I just did the 3-2-1 wokout with Jillian. It's been a week since I've done it but it was not too hard getting back into and I was able to push myself a little harder :) I also ate great today and declined soda several times for water today. I am getting so much better at getting back on track after a not so healthful weekend slacking. It is not the end of the world when I get off track! Great to realize that. My hubby and I talked this weekend and what he said to me was "I am not okay with looking back at this past month and saying it was a good run but we'll try sticking to a routine later" And we realized we have both done so good and we don't have to throw it away because we got busy or sick or whatever. No more excuses! And we are back on it today.

I am exhausted, and my muscles are still trembling even after my shower, but I just want to remember how AWESOME I feel after working out again!
