How are you feeling? 

Had RNY surgery on 5/26/2009. Lost 115 lbs in less than 6 months. Since then, I have gained back 65 lbs and am working on it again. *sigh* Make sure to have lots of support! That is the best way to lose weight and KEEP it off. 

Hi FullaBella, Surprising I am feeling very good. Its just the water intake that I am having problems with. I just stated exercising yesterday and today I started with pureed foods. My mind just can't seem to match my stomache, it still wants to eat like before.  

azcopperpenny- 115 pounds in 6 months wow! it does scare me to gain the weight back. I am looking for support and that is why I came back to FatSecret. Goodluck on losing again. 

Good luck to you, my son had Gastric Bypass in August and he is doing wonderful. As with any diet there is always risk of gaining it back. I have lost 200 lbs once in a year and a half by eating less and exercising I kept most of it off but the older I got the more it creeped back all but 70lbs. I hope with the support of this site that we all can keep each other motivated.
