What I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: Bulletproof Coffee
Lunch: Leftover Salad(Seaweeds+Edamame)+Konjac Noodle+Marinade Boiled Egg
Dinner: Broccoli Sprouts Salad+Sesame Dressing, Natto+Flaxseed meal+Okra, Steamed foil wrapping Chicken+Cauliflowers+Salsa and Nuts(no pic)
Foods from Japan are attracted lots of attention recently. I believe Low-Carb and /or Keto dieters are missing Noodle/Pasta and Bread. Konjac is good choice if you miss noodle. It is called Miracle Noodle or Shirataki. When you open the bag, you might dislike the unique order, but rinse and drain, then boil them 1 - 2 minutes. The order will fade out. When I use it with meat sauce, I do “dry-fry” them with Teflon pan to vaporize extra water in them. If you skip this dry-fry, you will disappointed you have watery pasta.
