I had a really bad cheating weekend...I ate pizza like there was no tomorrow. Actually I think that is ALL I ate yesterday. Breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately I have to update my weight history, which sadly I have gained back half of what I have lost. I have had a pretty bad depressing weekend in regards to weight.
Other than that it was a really good weekend with the girls at home, and even better with the boys. :-)
I am back on the bandwagon and I have decided to begin with the protein shakes.

Great job getting back on the wagon, that's what is important. It is good that you are able to recognize what it was that impacted you and learn from it. Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up. The protein shakes sound like a great idea!
