Diario de luvmystella, 03 dic. 08

well, yesterday I did pilates for nearly an hour and today I did the elliptical for an hour. I think I'm going to start changing things up a bit. I might try cardio 3-4 days a week and weight training 3 days a week. I just get so intimidated by the weights and I never know if I am doing them correctly or enough reps and such.

You might want to hint to Santa for a Weight training book for women. I got one before I starting weights and it really was so helpful. It's very important to get the proper form. Good luck.

The book is a great idea. I invested in a month with a trainer - it was one of the best purchases I've ever made! I have never been intimidated since. Now...if I could just get in that habit again....:)
