Long, very slow walk last night, no swim. Back killing me from tossing all those buckets of water the day before and I also strained a muscle in my left calf, probably from awkward movements. Still sore today, taking ibuprofen. I'm able to move, but not fast and I make funny noises.
Work hell continues, 21 days left. It'll get worse before it gets better, but there is an end in sight. Goal is to make it to the end zone.
Smoke from the fires is still hanging over us. The wind has stayed calm here, east county is a mess. A lot of the tiny towns we drive through on our winter adventures have been hit very hard. Sad. Praying for calm winds and humidity.
Onward we go. Just more slowly today.
