i havent recorded a journal in a while, and if I ever decide to write a book after this journey, I will be missing some information I may need. I spent some time in the hospital a few weeks ago for a bowel obstruction, and I am feeling better now. I will need surgery to fix it though. Im not looking forward to that. I am going to see a bariatric surgeon today to see if I should just have my gastric bypass revised while I have this repair done. I am having mixed feelings about it. I dont think I need to revise my by pass. I think I am doing just fine on my own. I will take the advice of the doctor though. I am anxious to see what he has to say today. I told the people at my tops meeting last week that I fast for an entire day everyweek, and they looked at me like I am crazy. I have to do that, to remind myself that I am the one in control, not the food. I am going to continue to fast one day a week. On a total seperate thought, my work life is about to encounter some big changes. I will soon become a divisional assistant. Which means I will be making more money, and alot more traveling and responsibility will be mine. I am up for the challenge. I am so glad I have lost some weight and have gotten my mobility back. Thank you Lord.
