150 lbs this morning on the scale.
Fit into two pants I couldnt fit into previously. One pair I bought last fall and didnt even fit into when I tried them on at home. So there is progress...

My thighs dont even touch eathother when I put my legs together..that is how the muscles have grown in the last four months.

So I am stil eating a lot and at least 30 lbs away from my goal weight. I think its this want/neeed of instant gratification.

I talk to thin people and notice the reason they are so thin, has nothing to do with their exercize habits and more to do with how little they eat!!!!

Quenching the hunger demon it appears is my biggest battle. Gotta find ways to do this.

Also the more I think about the low-gi diet the less I like it. In the book the author talks about never having cravings, yet reading his wifes chapter she states how she cant put out to much food in front of him at dinner or he will snack at it all and he cannot control himeself, and he himself alludes a few times to impulses he cannot control regarding food....seems to me like cravings are still very prevalent in that guys life!

So reading a book on DASH, but might go back to ATKINS with one day a week of indulgence....to be honest I truly had no cravings on that diet.
