For some, I know this whole world situation we are in has been an exercise motivation blessing. I WAS excited for this year back in February...but somewhere along the way I visited the depression train. While I don't ride it all the time, there are days I think about it. During the shutdown I worked 10-12 less hours and actually had time, energy and desire to do good for MYSELF. Now that all is open again, I keep looking at that train. On a positive note, I've allowed a good friend to keep me accountable with working out. So...here the journey of sweating and being sore begins...
