Was not doing induction. Was eating whatever I wanted and drinking like crazy over the last month.
A few things have changed:
I am trying to abstain from alcohol. I am exercizing again. I am not so sure about doing atkins again...I am thinking G.I diet, or the Dash Diet.
Anyways I am back, am exercizing regular again..and can only think the reason I gained four lbs is because my metabolism is good and I am exercizing alot.
Time to get healthy!
