It’s Monday night. I didn’t do 16:8 fasting since Friday. Nice to have a break. But I don’t know. Need to read up on it and see about frequency of 16:8 days, etc. Got back to 10K steps tonight and that’s good. Had around 1250 calories. I need to get some ready to eat and super quick & easy to prepare high-protein items on hand.
