I think my compulisve nature is going to be a helpful thing with this FatSecret. I am very aware of what I'm eating, and I tend to be more likely to stick with a plan if I can see the actual numbers in front of me.

I tried not eating after 8 last night, in preparation for the challenge that's about to start - talk about difficult! I'm an emotional eater anyway, and boredom is one of the biggest culprits (after stress, that is). I couldn't even watch a tv show that mentioned food. But I did it!

Lastly, I am trying not to eat out as much. I think this will be helpful overall.
