Looking for a friendly space to watch my wight loss and a way to monitor what I am eating... I "mysteriously" gained >30lbs... Once I started using the calorie counting app I realized I have a huge portion control issue!!! I love seeing the results in front of me.
I'm almost 30, work a desk job, and am slowly integrating proper diet and exercise back into my life. :)
