I swam 1 mile yesterday! This is a swimming milestone for me, and an important step to be ready for the sprint tri at the end of the month. I'm super excited about my progress so far and have 3 weeks to build on it. 1 mi swim, 10 mi ride, and 5k...I'll be ready. Next step--focus on times and integrating workouts. Tomorrow: 4 mi ride & 1/3 mi swim! I"m ready.
