Walked and swam again last night, medium distance on the walk. It's still chilly at night here but I did it anyways. Fourth of July plans seem to be falling apart sightly which is a little discouraging but not unsurprising. There will be no giant public fireworks display, so no reason to go to the park or the roof. But never fear, the City has decided to sponsor a broadcast of past displays on TV for us instead. Not.the.same. I'm annoyed but will get over it.
Swim was 809 strokes, 10.3 METs, heart rate average right at 140. I was slightly wobbly mid-way meaning that it was challenging to stay mid-current, which is probably why my heart rate was up, it was a bit of a battle. Happens sometimes.
Interesting that weight stayed the same but composition changed. Not a lot, but just watching it. Scale is not a medical grade machine, but good for watching trends. I increased my upside down time to 4.5 minutes after the swim. I like how easily I can release my shoulders by putting my arms out sideways and rotating them slightly. I need to search for more videos on what else I can do. I'm mostly playing around, need to get a little more serious.
