I feel like a failure. I can't even make it to 175! How will I ever make it to 145!

Hello Rajah, Don't feel like a failure! Remember that this is a life style change not a diet. So sometimes it is not going to leave as fast as we would like it to. Think about the changes that have occurred in the past couple of months and don't focus so much on the weight and how long it is taking to come off. I noticed that you are not doing alot of exercise. Try adding a little bit more in that area. I would especially recommend lifting weights. Or you could just increase the intensity of your workout. As far as the eating area I am a low carber so I won't be much help to you in that area. I have been trying to keep my food intake less than my RDI which you seem to be doing and I make sure that I drink lots of water. I did not notice if you were doing that. If not try adding more water. Whatever you do Don't give up you don't want to be like me at 47 and wishing that you had stuck with it instead of living the past 10 years as a heavy person. HANG IN THERE!!!!

YOU SHOULD NOT FEEL LIKE A FAILURE!!!! Look at how far you have come! That is a huge milestone. You are stuck right now so it is time to kick it up. As "the4s" stated add in some weights and water, I also suggest cutting back on some fats and add in more fruits and veggies. I am big on fruit. I have been "kind of" stuck, I know mine was due to dining out. Re-focus, negativity will wear on you and you will not want to do anything, trust me I have been there. KEEP GOING!!!!

you are doing great. Take a look at that site I told you about. Maybe try to switch up a few foods instead of the nuts. I am the same name on that site if you need any help figuring it out.
