Diario de morningmoon, 18 oct. 10

Since I'm not using the exercise diary...it annoys me, in case I haven't said that enough...I decided I will just make a note of what I do here in my journal. One post, edited, per week.

10/17-10/23
Sunday I walked 40 minutes.
Monday I swam 13 laps of the pool (50 yards each-650 yards) in about 30 minutes and did the arthritis pool class for an hour.
Tuesday Walked about an hour, a little more.
Wednesday Walked an hour.
Thursday TAking a day off. Got up early and did some walking today, but not a lot, and not with intention.
Friday Again, did stuff but not with intention. Isolating a bit.
Saturday baked and hung out...no intentional exercise today. :(
