Okay so the diet is going miserably. Miserably. The surprising thing is that I am down an inch around the waist. Must be that hardcore exercize class I joined.
I will be joining them for the rest of the term of my employement since they are really quite effective.
So this weekend going to plan out all of my meals. I am going to premake as much as I can. I will not deviate from the plan.
Might pull a couple jogs out as well so that I can keep my head clear and keep the depression at bay.
When I was taking the L-glutamine my cravings for alcohol dissapeared. It is time to start taking it again with every single meal. This involves buying a whole bunch of little tupperware from the dollar store.
I will be under 140 by the end of the month!!!!
