Diario de morningmoon, 15 oct. 10

Well, I keep throwing out food a little at a time. Finding HFCS in unexpected places, and a *lack* of MSG in other places...having SOME instant food is important to me.

I do not like the exercise diary here. It's not very sensible. I looked elsewhere for BMR/RMR calculators. In several places I found my basal or resting metabolic rate to be ~1600 kcal. Just SLEEPING gives me over 2100 kcal burned, without adding in any kcal for exercise. I don't know quite what to do about it. I guess just not add in any exercise and keep kcals down while doing SOMETHING every day. Not going over 2100kcal would be a very good thing! Not going over 1500kcal would be freaking amazing!!
